Is Spinach Dip better Hot or Cold?

The best part about Spinach Dip is it is great hot or cold. I love a good hot dip, the best part is you can leave it out at room temperature, or serve it in a crock pot to keep it warm. Whatever way you like your dip, serve it up. Hot or Cold.

For this recipe you only need a few main ingredients; Spinach, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise and Knorr Vegetable Mix. You can also add in water chestnuts for some more texture, but I haven’t quite decided if I love them. Then just top with your favorite shredded cheese and pop it in the oven.
