This BBQ Chicken Salad is packed with flavor and gooey sauce all on top of a crisp salad. The best part of this salad is that it is perfect for meal prep, and super easy to make ahead of time. And of course, you know I love a good time saving hack. Keep reading below to find out how I make my deliciously fresh BBQ Chicken Salad.

What are the ingredients in BBQ Chicken Salad?

The reason salads are such a good meal option is just that…the options. Just start with a base of lettuce, and you can tailor this salad to be whatever you prefer. And most importantly, if you don’t like something, leave it out.

There are a few ingredients that are a must in a good salad. Such as, lettuce, cheese, and eggs. The key part of picking the best ingredients is also picking a good variety of textures. Plenty of crunch and a little chew are a must.

BBQ Chicken

My BBQ Chicken pairs perfectly with this salad. It is beautifully seasoned and has that zip from the bbq sauce that makes it oh so tangy. I have recipes to make my easy BBQ Chicken in the crock pot or in the oven. Both of these recipes can be made on the grill too. It is so easy to make, and so tender and juicy, which is why is it one of the most popular recipes on my blog.
