To make these easy potatoes you just peel your potatoes. Then dice them into uniform pieces, and add them into a pot of boiling beef broth. Switching out the water for beef broth add so much richness.

Beefy Mashed Potatoes
Easy Beefy Mashed Potatoes Recipe
- 4 large Potatoes
- 4-5 cups Beef Broth
- 2 Beef Bullion Cubes
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
In a large pot, bring beef broth to a boil with 1-2 cubes of beef bullion.
Wash, peel, and dice potatoes then add to boiling broth.
Cook potatoes until fork tender then drain beef broth off potatoes. Reserve broth in large bowl or skillet. (You can also use the broth to make brown gravy).
Using a hand mixer, mix potatoes, butter, milk, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add a few tablespoons of beef broth at a time into the potatoes and continue mixing until potatoes are your desired creaminess.
Serve hot and enjoy! Top with gravy for bonus points. 🙂
