Easy Blooming Smoked Bologna

  • 5-inch slab of Bologna (Preferably the end)
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  1. Use a knife to cut bologna into cubed sections making sure not to cut all the way to the bottom so your bologna will stay together
