This Easy Baked Chicken is so moist and easy to cook in the oven. If you need an easy meal that your family will love, look no further. Keep reading below to find out how I make my this easy chicken recipe.

Baked Chicken Ingredients

The ingredients you will need for baked chicken are thighs, potatoes, carrots, onion, and your favorite seasonings. Easy enough, right? Just add all the ingredients, pop it into the oven, and you are good to go.

What temperature should you bake chicken?

Your chicken will likely be more tender if you cook it around 350 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. I do cook my chicken on higher temperatures from time to time, if I am in a rush. But cooking chicken lower and slow will ensure your meat is super tender.

Baked Chicken Clean Up Tip

I told you I had a tip that will make your life easier. Now that you have eaten your delicious meal, all that’s left to do is clean up. I recommend using an oven bag or lining your pan with foil. Then when your done eating you can just pull out the liner and throw it away.
