What are the best noodles for Beef and Noodles?

In my opinion, the best noodles for this recipe are dried egg noodles. Egg Noodles cook quickly, and I am all for a time saver in my recipes. Egg noodles also have a great texture and pair perfectly with a broth based recipe.

Since egg noodles do cook so quickly, just be sure not to add them to your broth too soon. You want to add in your noodles right at the end to ensure they do not over cook.

What gives Beefy and Noodles the most flavor?

The most import part of Easy Beef Noodles is the flavor. And all the flavor comes from the broth. You want to make sure you are packing in the most beef flavor in your broth. To do this, I love to add beef bullion.

How do you thicken Beef Noodles?

You can make a slurry with flour and water to add into you beef and noodles. This will help them to thicken. You can also add a brown gravy on top. However, I love a good thin broth with my beef and noodles.

Should you add vegetables to your Beefy and Noodles?

Vegetables do not have to be added in your noodles especially if you have a household of picky eaters. You can always cook the veggies in the broth to add flavor, and then strain them out.

I love to serve my beefy noodles with a side of mashed potatoes. Yum. The best part about beef and noodles is it can really be tailored to whatever you like.
