Chicken Spaghetti is an easy casserole that gives me Mexican Chicken vibes. It is one of those dishes that if you have it once, you will be hooked. Made with quick ingredients that can be whipped up in no time. It not only tastes wonderful but is a breeze to make.

What ingredients are in Chicken Spaghetti?

Chicken Spaghetti is full of easy ingredients, plus it is super delicious. You can make it with any of your favorite pasta noodles, but I prefer using spaghetti.

The other ingredients are all pantry staples, and items you might already have on hand. My favorite things to add are cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, chicken, shredded cheese, and sour cream.

Ways to Spice up your Casserole

The best part of casseroles is there are so many ways to change them up. A few things you can add to spice up a casserole is corn, black beans, taco seasoning, and different cheeses. Of course, the basic casserole is always wonderful, but sometimes you just need to spice things up a bit.

Time Saving Hack for Casseroles

One of my favorite time saving hacks for casseroles is using canned chicken. I know canned chicken gets a bad reputation. I used to be strictly against it, but I have learned if you use canned chicken the right way you cannot tell a difference. Plus, it saves you so much time.

Chicken Spaghetti

Quick & Easy Chicken Spaghetti

  • 4-6 servings Spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 cup Shredded Chicken
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cook and shred your chicken or use a can of chicken breast. Season chicken with taco seasoning (optional).

  3. Boil pasta noodles in large pot until tender and drain.

  4. Add all remaining ingredients to spaghetti pot, save one cup of shredded cheese for topping. Stir until well incorporated.

  5. Add mixture to baking dish and top with shredded cheese. Cook until cheese is golden, and filling is hot.

  6. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread. Enjoy!
