This recipe came together after much debate in my family. The old fashioned chocolate rolls my family are used to have a gritty texture I am not a fan of. I decided to make an easy chocolate roll recipe with the same old fashioned taste, minus the gritty texture and hard work.

First, the key to getting a creamy middle is really taking your time to cook the ingredients low and slow. Make sure everything is melted together and smooth. Of course we cannot forget that secret ingredient I mentioned. 🙂
