Easy Cornbread Recipe
Easy Cornbread Recipe
- 2 cups Self-Rising Corn Meal Mix
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Sugar (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon Butter
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees. Coat inside of glass dish with butter.
In large bowl, mix meal, flour, eggs, milk, oil, salt, and sugar (optional).
Pour batter into baking dish and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
