Easy Veggie Dip
Easy Veggie Dip is a great yummy dip that you can sneak veggies into. Made with all your favorite ingredients, and some sneaky veggies this is the perfect dip for picky eaters. With beef, cream cheese, green onion, and your favorite veggies. This is the perfect dip for Summer, and so refreshing on a hot day.
Easy Appetizer or Lunch?
Easy Veggie Dip is the perfect appetizer because it is so easy to whip up, and you can tailor it to whatever flavors you like most. I love easy dips, sometimes I make some for myself and eat it for lunch all week. If I haven’t mentioned before, I am a big snacker. Don’t judge.
What is a Veggie Dip made of?
For a veggie dip you only need a few main ingredients; Beef, Green Onion, and Salt to taste. For this dip I like to add in pineapple and my favorite veggies. The best part is this is one of those recipes that you can use to clean out the fridge. You know, just throw in all those bits of veggies that you need to use up.
What Veggies are in Veggie Dip?
Some of my favorite veggies to add into dips are carrots, bell pepper, and onion. You can really add whatever veggies you like. Just be careful not to get your dip too soggy. Some veggies have more water content, such as cucumber. You can use a paper towel to squeeze some of the liquid out of your vegetable before adding them to the dip, if needed.
