Garlic Parmesan Summer Squash
Garlic Parmesan Summer Squash is the perfect easy side dish. I absolutely love squash, and like to find ways to switch it up. We always pick a ton of squash from our garden, and this recipe is an easy way to use up excess squash. I have even made this recipe with our frozen squash, and it is just as delicious as the fresh stuff.
I love to make my squash in the air fryer. The crispy edges are my absolute favorite. When I have been working all day, but still want to cook up something healthy, squash is one of my go-to’s.
Simply chop up your squash, and add it to a bowl. Toss with a splash of your favorite oil, or cooking spray, garlic, salt, and pepper. If you are feeling extra you can add my secret ingredient, Worcestershire Sauce.
Then cook your squash for 15-20 minutes at 360 degrees in your air fryer, tossing occasionally. When your squash turns golden brown, plate them up, and serve with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Quick, easy, and healthy. My favorite kind of recipe.
With squash picking season right around the corner, I hope this recipe is one you can add to your regular rotation. As always, tag me on Instagram if you try my Garlic Parmesan Summer Squash Recipe. And check out my blog for tons of other easy recipes.
