Orange Dreamsicle Ambrosia Salad

Orange Dreamsicle Ambrosia Salad is a light and fluffy dessert perfect for Summer. I love a good cold dessert when it gets hot outside. But don’t get me wrong, this is one of my personal favorites, and I make it any chance I get, all year long.

I made this recipe for my families 4th of July party, and I set it out at the very back of the dessert table, way out of sight. Why, you ask? Because I wanted to take it home with me. Please tell me I am not the only one who does this? You got to hide the good stuff for yourself. : )

Ambrosia Salad Ingredients

I could literally eat the entire thing by myself. And there is not many foods I say that about. It is a texture thing for me. This Dreamsicle Salad has ingredients with all sorts of different textures, and they just mix together so well.

I am about to tell you a few of the ingredients, but you have got to stick with me. Between the pineapple, mini marshmallows, and the cottage cheese it is just so good. Cottage cheese?!? I know, it doesn’t sound like a dessert ingredient, but trust me. It does it.

Does Cottage Cheese go in Ambrosia Salad?

What are you waiting for?!? Go grab your cottage cheese, and get to making this Orange Dreamsicle Ambrosia Salad! And remember to hide it. The good stuff always gets eaten first.
