Pizza Bites

Pizza Bites are the perfect appetizer for holiday parties. But who am I kidding, I could make a whole meal out of these. They are so yummy, and super easy to make. Keep reading below to find out how I make these easy Pizza Bites.

Like any good pizza, you want to start with dough. The dough for these is so simple, and you would never guess they are biscuits. You heard me right, biscuits. First, take your biscuits and cut them in half, then flatten them out.

Next, the most important part, the cheese. I like to use string cheese, but any kind of mozzarella will work. Just cut them up into small pieces and stuff them inside your biscuit halves. Then seal the bottom by pinching the edges together to form a ball. I place mine in a pie dish to bake.

Now, you want to get your topping ready. You will want to mix butter, garlic powder, garlic salt, and parsley in a microwave safe dish. Then pop it in the microwave, cooking at 10 second intervals, until the butter is melted. Then top your little balls of dough with a spoonful of the butter mixture.

All that is left to do is pop them in the oven at 375 degrees. Cooking them until they are golden. Once they are cooked through, pull them out and top them with another spoonful of butter mixture. Yum. Now, heat up a dish of marinara sauce, to dip them in, and enjoy.
