Strawberry Fruit Pizza
This quick and easy Strawberry Fruit Pizza recipe is a real crowd pleaser. It is always the first dessert gone at any of our family get togethers.
I have been eating fruit pizza since I was little. It is one of those desserts that has the perfect amount of sweetness from the cookie, and the tart fresh fruit really puts it over the top.
I have simplified the recipe over the years, and found with fruit pizza less is more. I think the plain Strawberry Fruit Pizza is by far the most popular in my family. We also like to add blue berries, raspberries, and kiwi depending on the season. You could really add any fruit you like.
This recipe is also a good one to switch up for the holidays and change your fruit colors to match the season. We usually always have a red, white and blue one for the fourth of July. You could also do strawberry and kiwi for Christmas. You catch my drift?
I have a few tips for creating the perfect fruit pizza every time. First, make sure to let your cream cheese set to room temperature. Second, add parchment paper under your cookie dough before cooking. This step isn’t necessary, but it does make for easy clean up. Lastly, make sure to let your cookie dough cool completely before adding your toppings.
I hope your family enjoys this easy Strawberry Fruit Pizza recipe as much as mine. There is no doubt in my mind they will love it!
