Easy Strawberry Jam

Strawberry Jam is the perfect sweet treat. This quick and easy recipe uses fresh strawberries. I love to make this jam as a sweet gift to give to friends and family. It is one of my favorite easy ways to make a quick jam that pairs so well with all kinds of dishes.

What makes Jam thick?

When berries, apples, and other fruit cook they release pectin, which is a natural thickener. The longer they cook, the thicker the jam will get. If your jam starts to get too thick, you can thin it out with a splash or two of water.

What flavors pair well with Strawberry Jam?

Some of my favorite ways to kick up my jam is to add flavorings and spices. Vanilla pairs so perfectly with strawberries.

I also love to add a splash of citrus. My favorite to use is lemon juice, but orange and lime also pair well with strawberry.

What is Strawberry Jam made of?

I am telling you, this is one of the easiest jams, and it tastes so amazing. All you need to make it is strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.
