Thanksgiving Decor
Thanksgiving decor is probably my favorite of all. I love to decorate with pieces that will last the entire fall season, from Halloween to Thanksgiving.
This year, for my Thanksgiving decor, I chose a neutral color palette with muted pops of color. Most of the items on my tier tray are thrifted, or from the Dollar Tree. This is my favorite place to pick up small pumpkins. We probably have 20 or so around the house, but that little green one is my absolute favorite.
Cotton and pine cones are the perfect addition to table decor, especially in the fall and winter. I pulled off a few pieces of cotton to add in my tray as filler for any blank spots. I also like to add some kind of greenery, and thought this small plant wrapped in burlap was the perfect touch.
Speaking of perfect touches, I always have a couple of helpers at my feet. However, getting one to sit still enough for a picture is not usual. This little lady is Rosie, Nosey Rosie, and she lives up to her name. She was really interested in my pine cones.
Hopefully my little helpers will not terrorize my scarecrows too much. My goal is to make it through Thanksgiving day without any casualties. After that it’s on to Christmas. I have been gathering some cute pieces to decorate my tiered tray for Christmas so make sure you come back to see what I have up my sleeve.
