Werther’s Original Caramel Sauce

Werther’s Original Caramel Sauce is a delicious topping you can use for dipping, drizzling, dunking…you get the idea. This oh so easy recipe can be used in so many ways. It is made with Werther’s Hard Candies which gives it that extra special something. So if you love Werther’s keep ready below to find how to make my quick and easy caramel sauce.

Werther’s candies are a staple in my house, and sometimes life calls for caramel sauce. This is how some of the best recipes come together in my house. I hate to go to the grocery store just to grab one thing, so when possible, I will try to come up with something on my own…you know…improvise. Sometimes when you improvise, the best things happen.

And this Caramel Sauce is one of them. You know when you try something out, and you aren’t quite sure how it is going to go, this was one of those. Let me tell you, it turned out sooo much better than I could ever have expected. I could literally eat it by the spoonful.

I originally made this caramel sauce to drizzle over the top of one of my families’ all-time favorite recipes, Caramel Apple Fruit Pizza. Don’t worry, this recipe will be on the blog soon. This sauce would also be perfect for dipping fruit or drizzling over ice cream. The best part is you can make it as thick or as thin as you want.

Now that I have sold you on this recipe, grab your candies and get to making my Werther’s Original Caramel Sauce. And please try not to eat it all before it is time to serve.
